Do we need to use Brians Id# to fill in all the Paper Work... the paper work is ever so much trouble.... and how to we tell when our submission for say MC2 is approved ???

The MES # is useful for keeping track of everything, and for situations like this where I want to get a lot of info out there without posting everybodies names, it seemed like a good idea.. MC questions I point you in Bucky's direction.

You generally need to put your membership number on everything official. MC must be specifically requested and you should never just expect it to be granted. My guess is Bucky will notice and let you know, but the rules of the club are very clear on this. It is your responsibility to let your coordinator know when you have reached the requisite prestige for a new level.

Can confirm. Put your membership number on everything official, including any email you make to any Cam list.

Notify Bucky by email when you're ready to claim the next MC ( gratz! ) and include your MC log. I'm on my phone, so I can't share the link- but if you need the official form, it's on the MES site. He'll confirm, and it's active as soon as you receive confirmation.

Ok I sent him my Log some time ago I created an Excel Spread Sheet for it I will have to search for the official form I guess.

Its going to take a while for everyone to get used to the amount of Electronic Paper Work required I was just updating my Character Sheet for the upcomming event both my copy and the online copy at the MES Site.

I am considering coming back (Tammy). What do these numbers by the XP mean exactly?

They are MES identification numbers. Your membership is tied to that number, and all approvals, characters, prestige, etc are tied to them as well. It's just a slightly more anonymous way to post everyone's XP without other players knowing who got what.

I didnt even consider updating my sheet on the site. Thanks for the reminder.
