Is that a thing in MES?

Yeah. In NYC, they circle up and everyone says something good and something concerning about the game, and they do RP nominations for a perk next game. It's up to Brian and Bucky and Ben, but I like it.

The problem would be finding valid perks. The XP rules are such that a lot of people are already earning maximum XP, which means that's not a valid award.

Ideas? Speaking just for myself, I'd love to give rp nods, but I haven't yet found a really good non-xp solution to propose to Brian and Bucky.

They get to choose a talen from a goodie bag? Instant justification for a low-approval lore? Candy?

I'm in favor of this. Let me think on a way to execute this. Talons seems .... fun.

I think we should. It helps promote solid role-playing - not that we don't do it already, it simply provides tangible positive reinforcement.

Ok, some times just getting nominated by the other players gives you that warm fuzzy feeling.. either that or I just ate to much Pizza and got heart burn but yes we used to do this until the EXP rules went BOOM I just earned more EXP then I can spend this month.
