Check your Approvals - If nothing rises above "Low" Approval, then I can approve it with a signature. Keep a copy of your sheet and background on file in the MES system. Anything higher, proceed to "Add Application" and use the drop downs to fill in everything you're asking for. Be detailed, be polite.*
